On 30th May 2005 Prywatne Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowe „LAMIX” in Witnica concluded the co-financing agreement no. SPOWKP/2,3/4/08/1897 with the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in Warsaw within the scope of the Sectoral Operational Programme Improvement of Competitiveness of Enterprises, Years 2004-2006, Priority 2: Direct support for enterprises, Measure 2.3: Improvement of competitiveness of small and medium enterprises through investments, for the execution of the project entitled: The modernization of paper converting plant in Lamix Witnica Mirosław Laszko with the latest machine park.
As a result of the concluded agreement two hygienic paper converting lines were purchased:
- Z-Z fold paper production line (sheet size: 23x25cm);
- JUMBO paper production line.
1. Z-Z fold paper towels production line (sheet size: 23x25cm)
Machine manufacturer: Machine Trasformazione Carta srl. Via Leccio, snc - 55016 Porcari (Lucca), Italy.
The start-up of the production line enabled us to:
- commence the production of a new Z-Z fold hand towels (sheet size: 23x25cm);
- create eight new workplaces;
- increase work efficiency;
- improve work conditions concerning occupational safety;
- increase the sales of products within the EU countries.
